Broadway Limited Imports or BLI, is a well known American company which deals in production of model train locomotives and rolling stock. The company has 3 founders, Anton Wenzel, Bob Zimet, and Robert Grubba who brought the company into being in 2001. 2004 saw the dissolution of the partnership with Grubba buying out the other partners. Currently, they have combined efforts online with Precision Craft Models, for promotion over the Internet.
The general trend of the BLI is that the products are usually available in lesser quantity and are quick to get sold-off. The products from Broadway are classified as high quality products which are usually priced higher than its counterparts. All of these products include the Digital Command Control capabilities and have complete sound ability. The DCC is what is used in controlling the locomotives digitally.
